Position Purpose
Oversees the overall curriculum operation activities for the Geisel School of Medicine’s Quantitative Biomedical Sciences ( QBS ) Master of Science degree program, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the educational program. Directs the management of the administrative functions associated with the implementation of academic programming to create an integrated, cohesive curriculum. Works closely with counterparts across Geisel to continually review processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and allocate resources to achieve these goals. Serves as a primary contact for MS students and faculty.

Masters or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 5-7 years of experience or the equivalent delivering academic programming.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated program or project management skills including organization, ability to set priorities and manage time effectively with frequent interruptions.
- Initiative and judgment for handling highly sensitive issues.
- Ability to articulate ideas/concepts and to disseminate information relevant to the program both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Skilled at using Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint), the learning management platform Canvas, and the virtual meeting platform Zoom.
- Demonstrated ability to manage logistical and operation details of multiple tasks or projects.
- Experience with student mentorship, career development, and/or education program delivery.
