Job Description
Research/Lab Technician- Successful candidate will log in samples; isolate DNA; design, conduct and troubleshoot genotyping assays that detect causes of heritable canine diseases. In addition, they will maintain records and sample inventories and assist in the writing of scientific manuscripts and reports.
Salary
Salary range: 12.36- 19.01/hour - Salary will be commiserate on experience.
Grade: GGS 4

Shift
8:00- 5:00pm M-F
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a biomedical field
