As an “open-access” institution, Peru State welcomes students from all backgrounds and provides world-class levels of support to help every student succeed. A highly motivated, innovative leader and visionary who has a comprehensive understanding of higher education and is experienced in all aspects of teaching and learning. An advocate for student-centered learning both on campus and online, with a passion for the College’s open-access mission and the role this mission plays in higher education. A leader in embracing the College’s Strategic Plan and its commitment to building a culture of engagement. A collaborative partner who works with everyone in the campus community to ensure student success and maintain high levels of quality in the undergraduate and graduate programs. A strong advocate for Peru State College, partnering with the President in outreach and campus engagement.

Requirements for the position include:

  • An earned doctorate from a regionally accredited institution. A proven record of teaching excellence and scholarly achievement. A career of progressively responsible academic leadership and administrative experience at the level of dean or above.

This position is subject to veteran’s preference.
