Job Description

This position requires someone who can work Monday – Thursday 11am-8pm, Fridays 9am-6pm, and they must have reliable transportation and be available to work at each CAC location as needed
  • Provides child care for clients in waiting room
  • Provides general/routine administrative and office support that includes a broad range of duties to include:
  • Email correspondence
  • Answering phone calls and checking main phone line for voice messages.
  • Transferring phone calls to appropriate contacts
  • Making copies
  • Monitoring incoming faxes and distributing appropriately
  • Scanning client files into database
  • Processing, sorting, & distributing office mail
  • Completing cab requests for clients when needed
  • Reviewing clinician calendars and ensuring that all schedules are up to date
  • Updating clinician schedules in main calendar on a daily basis
  • Updating Electronic Health Records calendars as needed
  • Processing requests for client records
  • Monitoring room space at the center and booking rooms for students/staff
  • Greeting clients and guests arriving at the center
  • Directing visitors and notifying staff of appointment arrivals
  • Watching children in waiting area and ensuring their safety
  • Ensure that the waiting area is cleaned at the end of each day
  • Restocking office supplies
  • Completing closing procedures for Agency on a daily basis
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Business Administration Manager or Executive Director

Salary

$15.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Eligibility for certification as required by regulatory agencies is necessary.

Previous work experience with children, adolescents, and families
