Position Summary
Provide general office support functions required for the Illinois Board of Examiners (lBOE). These duties require extensive knowledge of the activities of the office, programs, policies and procedures of the lBOE. IBOE is responsible for evaluating, testing and certifying all Certified Illinois Public Accountants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives, investigates and answers candidate questions and issues via phone, email and in person;
- Enters transcripts into the Access Transcript Database and distribute to appropriate staff;
- Generates and e-mails letters for deficient and approved evaluations and approved initial examination applications;
- Receives and processes Change of Name, Address & Email, Default ID and Password and Fee Receipt requests;
- Maintains evaluation, CBT, general, provisional, pre-evaluation, TTC and IQEX systems daily;
- Copies, places in envelops and mails paper score notices to candidates;
- Notifies candidates of fee due on their accounts;
- Provides consultation to domestic and international applicants;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- College coursework in any curriculum as measured by the

- 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
