Full-Time Faculty Position Opening
(English as a Medium of Instruction, EMI)
Department of Human Development and Family Studies

Job Title: Assistant professor and above (English as a Medium of Instruction, EMI).
Vacancy: One.
Specialized Field: child and family stuides/application of information and communication technology (ICT) in areas related to education or mass communication
Qualifications:
A. A doctoral degree.
B. Except for new PhDs/EdDs, applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. Being the first or corresponding author of publications of at least two articles within the past three years in journals listed in SCI, SCIE, SSCI, TSSCI, EI, A&HCI, THCI (originally THCI Core before 2016), or SCOPUS.
2. Being the Principal Investigator of at least two research grants within the past three years (in the case of Taiwan, must be sponsored by the National Science and Technology Council). One research grant may be deemed equivalent to one journal publication and vice versa.
C. Applicants must be a native English speaker or possess near-native English proficiency.

A. Application Documents: curriculum vitae, autobiography, doctorate certificate, doctoral dissertation, undergraduate and graduate transcripts, list of publications and copies of them in the past seven years (with representative publications indicated).
B. Descriptions of courses that applicants have taught and plan to teach.
