Department Summary

The University of Oregon Intercollegiate Athletic Department's primary purpose is to provide a unique opportunity for student-athletes to be developed, tested, and encouraged to reach their maximum potential in every aspect of their lives. The department has approximately 250 administrative & classified employees and hosts over 600,000 spectators annually and represents the University of Oregon in athletic competition with other universities & colleges.

Position Summary

The Women's Basketball Director of Creativity will be responsible for several crucial aspects of sustaining the success of the Oregon Women's Basketball program.

This position is responsible for coordinating, creating, implementing, and maintaining graphic elements and video production through numerous social media platforms required for women's basketball in partnership with the department's communications, marketing and compliance offices.

The Director of Creativity will manage and implement all aspects of on-campus recruitment efforts of prospective student-athletes for Women's Basketball under the supervision of the Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator.

The Women's Basketball Director of Creativity is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the university, Pac-12 conference and the NCAA.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Combined 4 years' experience: Division I collegiate basketball/professional basketball playing experience or working in a similar role in Division I college athletics.

  • Experience in DI, Power 5 Athletics
