Job Description Summary
This position is part of the Quaker Internship program. It is responsible for assisting the Director of Video Content in the administration of the larger DRIA Internship program and select External Operations duties. This includes, but is not limited to, the capturing and editing of video that enhances revenue streams through fan engagement, brand awareness, advertising, and public relations strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Support Director of Video Content in the capturing and editing of video that enhances revenue streams through fan engagement, brand awareness, advertising, and public relations strategy.
  • Collaborate with ticket office to help push sales for ticketed sports and Penn Relays
  • Create interactive and exciting in-game content to engage fans through video boards at The Palestra, Franklin Field, and River Fields.
  • Will support in recruitment of for credit interns for external operations
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Video Content


Qualifications

1-2 years of experience within an intercollegiate athletics department, preferably in an external operations department. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to professionally collaborate with a diverse group of coaches, staff, and students-athletes. Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and independently execute tasks on a deadline.
