Job Details
The Associate Director of Mustang Pathway will provide assessment, advising, program development and collaboration across campus. The Associate Director is responsible for developing and delivering professional tutorial services, supervisory of peer tutoring services, establishing supplemental instruction for appropriate courses, new student intake and assessment, in addition to other duties as assigned. The Associate Director of Mustang Pathway will establish academic success plans for students placed on early alert. This position is also responsible for the implementation and oversight of academic scholars’ programs and Pathway Summer Experience program.
