Womens and Mens Cross Country Coach

Job Description
Sarah Lawrence College, a private, coeducational college located 30 minutes north of midtown Manhattan, is seeking applicants for a part-time men's and women's cross country coach. Sarah Lawrence is a member of the Skyline Conference and NCAA DIII.

Essential Duties Summary
Specific areas of responsibility will include training, conditioning and skill development; student-athlete recruitment; and cultivating relationships with alumni and other constituencies. Ensuring adherence to the policies of Sarah Lawrence College and the NCAA will be an ongoing essential.

Required Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of successful coaching and/or running experience, preferably at the collegiate level. A high level of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills are imperative.

Requirements for Employment
