KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide executive level support to the Dean by leading, conducting, and implementing special projects and assignments as well as organizational leadership coordination activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree or Graduate Certificate completed by date of application;
  • Demonstrated computer and technology skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills;
  • Impeccable organizational skills, and a commitment to conscientious follow-up;
  • Positive and constructive attitude with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team, taking independent initiative and proper accountability;
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion;
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions;
  • Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects;
  • Capability to provide superior service orientation and the ability to work with a wide range of constituents with diplomacy;
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; and
  • A valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Supervisory experience;
  • Experience with managing social media for an organization; and
  • Experience with newsletters.
