The Associate Director of Financial Aid for University Scholarships
is primarily responsible for managing all institutional
scholarships in collaboration with University Advancement and the
Office of Budget and Finance. The Associate Director will be
responsible for ensuring over $7M in institutional funding is
awarded in accordance with all institutional, state, and federal
regulations and in alignment with donor specifications. They must
build strong collaborative relationships with campus partners to
support the administration of departmental and program specific
scholarships. This position will supervise the Scholarship
Award Analyst and serve as a liaison for the Office of Financial
Aid for multiple groups included but not limited to the Office of
Admissions, University Advancement including the Foundation, and
the Office of Budget and Finance. The Associate Director will also
oversee the University's scholarship database and along with the
Scholarship Award Analyst provide training and support for campus
partners in award management.
