Essential Functions: • Leads all activities involved in the recruitment and selection of student applicants for admission, the processing of applications, and the creation of student academic records. Analyzes qualifications of prospective students utilizing established admissions standards, guidelines, and criteria. • Develops and implements recruiting and admission plans and programs and participates in or oversees special project activities. • Corresponds and/or meets with prospective students, applicants, and others seeking information on admissions standards, academic and non-academic programs, and student activities. • Works with faculty and upper level administrators to set admission and recruitment goals. • Determines appropriate recruitment event attendance for the recruitment team. Travels as necessary for receptions, forums, and corporate presentations to enhance recruitment efforts. • Supervises staff, which includes hiring, conducting performance reviews, documenting disciplinary actions, and overseeing other human resource administration. Manages work schedules and approves timecards. Provides professional development opportunities. Distributes and reviews work. • Manages the department's budget. • Prepares reports and analyses noting progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions. • Sets school and programmatic enrollment projections based on capacity understanding of recruitment and programmatic trends.

Physical Effort: National travel is required. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25-50lbs. Computer work. Must have the ability to travel to various offices on campus.
