Position Overview

The Department Criminology and Criminal Justice invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Adjunct instructors are needed for the following lecture-based courses in the Fall 2023 semester:
  • Undergraduate Level Research Methods in Criminology and Criminal Justice

  • Undergraduate Level Criminalistics

  • Graduate Level Advanced Research Methods and Evaluation

  • Graduate Level Criminological Theory

Qualifications:

The candidates should meet the following qualifications:
  • An earned doctorate or advanced doctoral candidacy in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a related field;

  • A record of college-level teaching experience;

  • An understanding and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion in undergraduate and/or graduate curriculum are also a requirement;

  • Experience using Canvas preferred
