Position Purpose
The DALI Lab Lab Manager works with students, staff, and faculty to foster a creative, efficient, and positive work environment and program. Manage equipment and facilities in the DALI space, including VR headsets, lighting systems, and supplies. Organize and maintain various digital assets, documentation, and student and project records. Assist in accounting and reporting across several areas, including partner accounts and student employment records. Provide logistics for catering and events.
This is a unique position that combines academic, software and design industry, product, and entrepreneurial thinking. As such, we are looking for someone comfortable balancing everything from data-driven strategies to organizational tasks in a dynamic educational and rewarding environment and is interested in taking ownership of key accountabilities.

Bachelors plus 1-2 year(s) of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- High level of organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with faculty, students, and external partners
- Ability to promote a creative and supportive work culture for students.
- Fluent or willing to learn Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, and various data management tools.
- Experience and comfort working closely with and guiding students.
- Experience in project management and practices
- Successful track record managing interdisciplinary teams in creating great products.
- Knowledge of Figma, GitHub, Spark for email preferred.
