The Assistant Director of Recruitment will be responsible for
developing and implementing a strategic recruitment plan using
market analysis, digital marketing resources, and professional
networks designed to increase student enrollment in the College of
Law’s academic programs.
Design and implement targeted marketing communications campaigns to
generate prospects and drive inquiries into applications for
various enrollment goals (JD, MLS, LL.M., 3+3, Lunsford Academy,
Design. manage, and implement all recruiting materials, including
print, email, and social media. The Assistant Director will also
need to collaborate with Marketing and Communications to implement
advertising campaigns, including the creation of digital
