To provide customer service to the University community by ensuring

supervision of preventive maintenance, repairs, installation, and
modifications of piping, plumbing fixtures, equipment, and

swimming pool equipment located in Campus Recreation.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, sketches, manuals,
diagrams, and contract specifications. Provide feedback on projects
before and during construction, and update files and plans to
reflect changes in plumbing.
Assist with the coordination and training in plumbing maintenance
and safety methods, procedures, and techniques.
Prefer a Vocational Degree in plumbing.
1 year of supervisory/personnel management training is also

Plumber’s License and 5 years of related experience, one of which
would be in a supervisory capacity.
