Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach courses in electrical systems, industrial networking, and other automation-related courses in the electromechanical engineering technology and manufacturing engineering technology programs. This individual will be expected to be involved in laboratory maintenance and development, develop and teach on-line courses while serving as a faculty advisor for the Applied Engineering Student Organization. Other duties include developing professional industry partners for job and internship placement. Development and participation in student recruiting and retention activities will be required.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Master of Science Degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field is required.
Preferred Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience and teaching experience is preferred.
