University Advancement is seeking a Coordinator for the Center for Career Advancement (CCA) to welcome and interact with guests and provide support for a variety of projects and events. You will use your organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks to provide effective and timely support services and work in an environment where ideas for improvement are welcome and encouraged.

This position (and all positions in our division) requires the occasional evening and weekend work to support university events including Homecoming/Family Weekend, Reunion Weekend, and large Career events. We do ask staff to mark their calendars in advance for these events. Also, may occasionally coordinate on-campus or off-campus events/activities outside of standard business hours.

As part of UA, the vision of the Center for Career Advancement is to cultivate a Bucknell community that empowers and inspires all students and graduates to pursue and achieve meaningful careers throughout their lifetime. In this role, the Coordinator is part of the front-facing team, managing the resource room of the career center from opening to closing while providing a consistent and welcoming experience. This includes serving as the point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email traffic. The Coordinator collaborates with fellow CCA team members and is responsible for supporting the ongoing initiatives within CCA. The position reports to the Operations Specialist and Lead Coordinator.
Work Type:
This is a full-time, year round, benefits eligible position. This role is not budgeted for visa sponsorship at this time, all candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of submission of the application.
Salary Range:
This is a staff non-exempt position with a hiring range of $16 - 19.99 (NE07). The offer rate will be based on a review of the candidate's credentials compared to the qualifications of the position, internal equity, and our overall compensation philosophy.
