We are currently looking for qualified candidates to teach Composition I or Composition II for the fall 2023 semester in an adjunct position.

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will have some experience
teaching composition.

Qualification Standards

Must be available to teach during the day on either a Monday/Wednesday/Thursday pattern or
Tuesday/Friday pattern.

Education

A minimum degree requirement of a Masters in English Language and
Literature, Rhetoric and Composition Studies, Professional Writing, Creative Writing, TESOL, or a closely related field.

Experience

Experience teaching ESL or language acquisition students is also a plus.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
The person in this position needs to move about both inside the office and at other locations.
