Fairfield Prep is currently seeking qualified candidates who are energetic and passionate educators for a maternity leave position in the Innovation Department as a teacher for the Fall 2023 semester. As an Ignatian Educator at Fairfield Prep, this teacher will be expected to:

• Teach two courses – Introduction to Innovation (9th graders) and Computer Programming (11th and 12th grades)
  
  
• Work collaboratively with members of their department and attend all department and faculty meetings and professional development opportunities.
  
  
• Commit to developing young men to become intellectually competent, religious, loving, committed to doing justice, and open to growth.
  
  
• Teach students in a 1:1 setting with iPads.
  
  

Qualifications for Position:

• Experience teaching in a high school setting preferred.
  
  
• Experience or familiarity with the Jesuit ideals preferred.
  
  
• Candidates must hold at least a BA in a related field.
