The Department of Biological Sciences at Seton Hall University is seeking a Faculty Associate to start in August 2023. The successful candidate will be an excellent educator capable of teaching in the fields of biology including general biology, microbiology, anatomy & physiology, and/or biochemistry. Duties and Responsibilities:

Applicants will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate students and engage in service to the department and university (15 course credits, per semester). Required Qualifications:

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in biological sciences or related field or an equivalent degree (e.g. M.D., Ed.D, etc). Applicants should have at least 2 years of college-level teaching or equivalent training. Commitment to teaching and service is required. Strong applicants should be able to teach undergraduate and graduate students effectively in both large and small classroom settings; they should be able to academically advise students and function as a cooperative team member in the department.
