The Yale School of Management is seeking individuals for a one-year, full time Lecturer position in Organizational Behavior. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or have significant senior-level work experience in organizational behavior or a field that is broadly related, including psychology, sociology, management, public health, education, and the many related disciplines that inform how groups organize. Macro, Meso, and Micro scholars are encouraged to apply. Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching 4 graduate (professional masters and/or PhD level) courses during the 2023-24 academic year on a broad range of organizational behavior and leadership topics. The final roster will be determined based on the selected candidate’s specific area(s) of expertise, prior teaching experience, and the needs of the school. The course selection will be discussed with the candidate and the agreed upon courses specified in writing in the candidate’s contract.

The position is for one year. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2023 but may be negotiable. Candidate must be available to teach in person on Yale SOM’s campus located in New Haven, Connecticut. Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and prior teaching experience. This position is eligible for Yale benefits, including health and dental coverage.
