Anticipated Start Date:

This course will be developed over the Summer 2023 and be offered in Fall 2023 or Spring 2024.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree required in a business or technology major.

Incumbents are required to have demonstrated advanced knowledge and abilities in the following:
  • Five years’ experience in leading or participating in process improvement change initiatives.
Incumbents must possess proven ability to effectively work with a culturally, linguistically, and ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and student. They are expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong Information technology literacy skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.)

Exceptions to the degree requirements may be made for compelling reasons.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Prior online teaching experience.
  • Experience incorporating technology to enhance the learning environment, e.g., Blackboard, online instruction or other modalities/software.
Starting Salary:

Faculty are paid on a per student basis for teaching.
