  • Welcomes and assists incoming visitors, screen and announce when appropriate.
  • Receives, routes and screens incoming calls, including maintenance line, in an efficient and courteous manner; take accurate messages as necessary.
  • Organizes all campus event set-ups, including advising security personnel of special building and parking needs.
  • Prepares correspondence, letters, and memos.
  • Opens, date-stamps, sorts, and distributes departmental mail.
  • Copies and collates materials.
  • Maintains database for all on-going projects; generate/analyze data and produces required reports.
  • Schedules internal work orders.
  • Scheduling of rooms – internal
  • Set up and follow through Prepare/Maintain RFP
  • Budgets
  • Maintain departmental files with detailed history of events
  • Maintain/Track Employee hours and absences for semi-monthly payroll
  • Track O/T and approval for payment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
