The Director leads the strategic direction of Health Services, provides clinical and administrative supervision of designated staff, and manages the provision of age appropriate, culturally sensitive and gender-affirming general medical care for a variety of acute and chronic conditions and injuries in an inclusive, collaborative, and integrated Center for Health and Wellness.
  • Ability to set specific, measurable, and responsive goals related to service provision, project management, fiscal responsibility, staff development, and supervision
  • Demonstrated use of multicultural approaches to clinical care
  • Commitment to addressing intersections of multiple identities and their related health outcomes
  • Successful collaborator with cross-discipline colleagues to support positive outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of the social, psychological, and physical developmental stages of college students
  • Current DEA certificate, NPI number, CPR, and First Aid certification

This is considered a full time, salaried, benefits eligible position. The hiring range for the position is $114,800 - $146,400 per year.

RequirementsPosition Prerequisites:

5 years of experience including clinical (primary care, urgent care, or similar) and administrative

Master's degree or doctorate in nursing with current, or eligible to obtain, Vermont State APRN license OR physician practicing family medicine, pediatrics, or related board certification

Physical Demands and Working Conditions Potential exposure to communicable diseases. May need to help patient onto and off exam table. Functions in a fast-paced clinical environment. Able to provide care occasionally into the evening or on weekends, to support student outreach activities, for continuity of care and in management of an acute crisis. Cross-campus and cross-town travel may be required.
