Position Summary

The Coordinator of Annual Giving and Stewardship plans, implements and coordinates a variety of development activities for the College of Pharmacy's Office of Development & Alumni Relations. They will oversee the college’s annual giving program and stewardship efforts, assist with donor fund agreements, gift processing, conduct development-related research, and maintain database records. This position reports to the Senior Director of Development & Alumni Relations.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • (40%) Manage College of Pharmacy Annual Giving Program
  • (40%) Oversee College of Pharmacy Stewardship Program
  • (15%) Provide support to SR Director of Development
  • (5%) Attend meetings and events

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

  • Excellence in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), GAIL, Raiser’s Edge or other fundraising software. 
  • Ability and talent to work with varied constituencies including, alumni, donors, volunteers, parents, students, faculty, and staff.
  • High energy, flexible, hardworking self-starter who excels at prioritizing and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively. 
  • Inquisitive nature, detailed oriented, and a willingness to learn new things.
  • Appreciation of philanthropy and the college’s mission.
