Position Summary
The Coordinator of Annual Giving and Stewardship plans, implements and coordinates a variety of development activities for the College of Pharmacy's Office of Development & Alumni Relations. They will oversee the college’s annual giving program and stewardship efforts, assist with donor fund agreements, gift processing, conduct development-related research, and maintain database records. This position reports to the Senior Director of Development & Alumni Relations.
Duties/Responsibilities
- (40%) Manage College of Pharmacy Annual Giving Program
- (40%) Oversee College of Pharmacy Stewardship Program
- (15%) Provide support to SR Director of Development
- (5%) Attend meetings and events
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies
- Excellence in both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), GAIL, Raiser’s Edge or other fundraising software.
- Ability and talent to work with varied constituencies including, alumni, donors, volunteers, parents, students, faculty, and staff.
- High energy, flexible, hardworking self-starter who excels at prioritizing and multi-tasking.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
- Inquisitive nature, detailed oriented, and a willingness to learn new things.
- Appreciation of philanthropy and the college’s mission.
