1) Classroom and online delivery of undergraduate and graduate courses in Management with a primary emphasis in Operations and Supply Chain Management;
2) Scholarship in Management with a primary emphasis in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management; service to the department, school, university, profession, and broader community. The candidate must publish in discipline-appropriate peer reviewed journals to maintain AACSB Scholarly Academic (SA) status on an ongoing basis for tenure and promotion consideration.
3) Service for the betterment of the department, school, university and its stakeholders.
Accordingly, performance will be assessed in terms of teaching, research, and service quality and productivity.
Incoming rank is anticipated at the Assistant Professor level and depends on the qualifications and achievements of the successful candidate.
Minimum Training and Experience Requirements: The successful candidate must hold a doctoral degree in Management or a Management-focused doctoral degree in Business Administration or a closely related ﬁeld with a primary emphasis on Business Management / Human Resource Management, preferably from an AACSB-accredited institution and meet the Schools requirements for Scholarly Academic status (SA).
