The candidate must be able to teach hands-on materials as well as software-application implementation projects in the computer labs. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively through spoken, written, and visual media. 

 The candidate must be able to design course materials to align and support our accreditation applications to CAE-CD and ABET; participate actively in learning outcomes assessment; help in organizing CS/IT-related activities in student clubs.

Minimum Training and Experience Requirements:  The ideal candidate must have an earned Master’s or Ph.D. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Experience in teaching or industry is preferred. The candidate will be expected to effectively teach a variety of IT and CS courses, advise and mentor students and engage in scholarship and professional service. Expertise in one or more IT and CS areas such as system administration and integration, human-computer interactions, would add to the candidate’s attractiveness.
