Job Details
Buena Vista University, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the American Rivers Conference, is accepting applications for the position of Head Softball Coach. Candidates must have demonstrated successful coaching at the high school or collegiate level and have a high commitment to the student-athletes success academically and athletically. Primary responsibilities of this full-time position include the organization and supervision of the intercollegiate softball program. Those responsibilities include recruiting student-athletes, fundraising for the program, oversight of the budget, and management of the softball team. Applicants should possess a strong coaching background and have demonstrated success recruiting student-athletes. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Masters preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.
