Position Summary
The Title III Program Coordinator assists the Title III Executive Director on all matters regarding the Title III Programs and works closely with the Title III Activity Directors and provides training/workshops in regards to the development of program goals, measurable objectives, performance indicators, effective implementation strategies, and in preparing quantitative and qualitative reports, etc.
Responsibilities
- Gathering data and assisting in preparing the Title III Program Applications and various Title III reports;
- Monitoring of the Title III Activities;
- Providing one on one support to Activity Directors and staff and making periodic visits to the Activity sites; preparing a regular Title III Newsletter;
- Coordinating and updating the Title III Policies and Procedures Manual;
- Providing Title III workshops for writing and implementing effective grant programs;
- Keeping up with Title III data, laws, etc.;
- Assisting the Title III Activity Directors in the preparation of their Title III proposals/continuation applications, writing measurable objectives and reports;
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the Title III Executive Director.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in administration and supervision or a related field is preferred.
- Three to five years experience in grant writing and federal program management - Title III Programs grant knowledge and experience a Plus.
- Must be a team player and self-starter with excellent human relations, and written and oral communication skills are required.
