Position Purpose

This position reports to the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Transformational change and assists in strategic planning and evaluation, budget management, and promotion and marketing. The incumbent supports the mission and purpose of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Transformational Change (CELTC) by assisting the Director in strategic planning, evaluation, and budget planning. The position is responsible for coordinating promotion and marketing plans, managing program and events, and overseeing Center operations.

This is a full-time, overtime eligible project position in position on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College and at the downtown Olympia Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Transformational Change location. This position is an “at-will” appointment, exempt from Washington State Civil Service rules. This position is funded for two years from date of hire and may be eligible for extension if funding continues to be available.

Salary and Benefits: $4,696 – $5,495 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
