Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, service,
record maintenance and operations of all opened/closed water
systems, pools, fountains, and spas. Performs water treatments for
boiler systems, pools/spas/fountains, water towers, cooling/heating
loops and soft water systems.
Education & Formal Training
High school diploma or equivalent
Other Education & Formal Training
Six (6) months experience in the service and maintenance of
boilers, pools, spas, and water softeners, in a commercial or

Special Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
Attention to detail, Communication skills, including oral, written,
and/or nonverbal, Knowledge of a University environment preferred,
abilities: special vision and/or hearing requirements

Working knowledge of chemical handling and mixing procedures
Working knowledge of how to interpret blueprints drawings, and
General mechanical and electrical ability with trouble shooting

temperatures, Exposure to fumes and/or chemicals, Exposure to
