Responsibilities:
The Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach will be responsible for the direction and oversight of the tennis program and all related functions. These functions include, but are not limited to: coaching, recruiting, practice, game day preparation & management, organization of team travel, alumni communication, fundraising, supervision of staff, managing budget, establishing a strong working relationship with the University and surrounding community, follow NCAA, Gulf South Conference and University rules and regulations, developing athletes to achieve success on the court and in the classroom, organize and manage camps and clinics. Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Athletics. Must have effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills and foster positive student-athlete, campus, community, alumni, and athletic department relations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. It is preferred that the qualified candidate have playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level.Bachelor’s Degree required.Master’s Degree preferred. Salary:
12 monthCommensurate with experience, qualifications, and university’s resources.
