Job Summary:
As a Program Evaluator, you will be responsible for designing and conducting program
evaluations for various units within the Massey Cancer Center. You will work closely with
program managers and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness and impact of their
programs. Your job will involve analyzing data, creating reports, and making
recommendations for improvement. You will be required to communicate your findings
in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders, program managers, and leadership.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement program evaluation plans that align with organizational goals
and objectives • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including surveys,
interviews, and focus groups • Use statistical analysis software to analyze data and
identify trends and patterns • Prepare reports on program outcomes and impact •
Communicate evaluation results to stakeholders, program managers, and leadership •
Develop recommendations for program improvement based on evaluation findings •
Assist in the development of new programs by providing expert guidance on evaluation
methodologies • Monitor program implementation to ensure that program goals are
being met • Keep up-to-date with the latest evaluation techniques and best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in program evaluation, statistics, social science, or a
related field • 3+ years of experience in program evaluation or a related field • Strong
analytical skills and experience working with data • Experience with statistical analysis
software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong
project management skills and the ability to work independently • Demonstrated ability
to work collaboratively with stakeholders, program managers, and clients • Knowledge

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience, up to $150,000
