Gannon University's Morosky College of Health Professions and Sciences is seeking applications for a tenure track faculty in the newly developed Master of Science degree program in Speech-Language Pathology in Erie, PA. This is a full-time, 12-month position with an academic start date as early as July 2023. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience. Applicants with experience in the areas of fluency disorders, voice disorders, cognitive communicative disorders, dysphagia, and AAC preferred, but open to expertise in all areas within the scope of practice. Responsibilities for tenure-track faculty include classroom teaching, clinical supervision, advising graduate students in academic and clinical aspects of professional growth, active research/scholarship, and service to the University, profession, and community.
Requirements for this position include an earned research Doctorate (e.g., Ph.D., Ed.D.) in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or related area; ASHA CCC/SLP, and hold or be eligible for Pennsylvania licensure in SLP. ABD candidates may apply, but completion of the doctorate is required by a mutually agreed upon date with the Dean of the Morosky College of Health Professions and Sciences.
