Landmark College seeks an Assistant or Associate Director of Admission. This person will play a pivotal role to meet the enrollment goals of the short-term summer (intersession) and LC Online programs which includes building strong relationships with inquiries students and their families, evaluating admission applications, and motivating students to enroll.  This role reports to the Sr. Director for Intersession and Online Program Enrollment; and collaborates with other members of the larger Enrollment Management division as well as various groups across the College to identify, attract, admit, and enroll diverse and talented neurodiverse students in our growing intersession and online programs.

Landmark College anticipates hiring two candidates for these new roles in a growing department, and the successful candidates will join the College during an exciting growth phase: a breadth of short-term/intersession, LC Online, and 2- and 4-year academic programs are offered; student retention has increased; a Success Center micro-campus has started on the west coast; and all residential and online program enrollment outcomes have been consistent. While some recruitment travel may be assigned, it is less than typical admission positions and this role spends more time in the fall backing up the residential (on-campus) recruitment team by meeting with on-campus visitors.  Landmark also offers competitive wages and an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental and vision plans; a generous vacation and time off package; a TIAA retirement plan that includes 6% College contribution; tuition reimbursement; and more.  A flex schedule is possible, and we are open to hiring a regional (remote) candidate whose geography might align with our strategic recruitment goals.

Qualifications and Expectations:
BA or BS required. Candidates are expected to have experience in admissions, ideally at a college or university, a working understanding of databases and systems, a commitment to a diverse and inclusive community, and preferably some experience with short-term and/or online programming for pre-college and college students. Travel on behalf of the College, ability to work weekends and after-hours, and consistent engagement and presence on campus for routine and special events efforts are requirements.
