Instructor/Assistant Professor of Nursing

The Department of Nursing at Southern Arkansas University invites applications for Instructor/Assistant Professor of Nursing. This is a full-time non-tenure track and nine-month position beginning fall of 2023.

Duties: Teach undergraduate courses, both didactic and clinical instruction, to BSN students; advise students; serve on university and departmental committees; maintain professional scholarship and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Masters Degree in Nursing required; terminal degree such as DNP, Ph.D., or ABD is preferred; unrestricted Arkansas RN License and minimum of five years of clinical practice experience; prior teaching experience preferred.
