The Department of Mathematics invites applications for a full-time position (one year renewable contract). Candidates with a proven ability to teach the following undergraduate courses are invited to apply: courses include Statistics for engineering and life science, Calculus I, II, III, linear algebra.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • PhD in applied math or statistics from a well-recognized university.

     

Preferred Qualifications and criteria

 

  • To be able to start the job beginning of the Fall 2023 (August 1st, 2023)

     

  • To have an expertise in application of mathematics to real life and industrial applications, including (but not restricted to) fluid dynamics, data science, machine learning, image processing,...
