About the Opportunity

The Antimicrobial Discovery Center is looking to hire 1-2 full-time, benefits eligible Senior Research Technicians for immediate start and competitive salary and benefits. We are seeking applicants with very specific backgrounds, as detailed below.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree 2+ years or Master's degree, lab experience required.

Significant experience with animal handling, experimentation, and dissection are required. Experience with mice highly preferred.

Microbiology experience is highly advantageous.

Competency in intraperitoneal injection, intravenous injection, and oral gavage is highly advantageous.

Experience with cell culture a plus.

Reliability, organization, and good communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting, designing, executing, and analyzing mouse experiments with care and precision.

Responsible for performing and analyzing cell assays.

Works with senior staff and follows established protocols.

Assists in general support of lab function as assigned by Manager.
