* Masters degree in Nursing or masters degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in the field of instruction.
* Valid BLS Certification
* Active undisciplined license to practice professional nursing in Missouri
* Five (5) years of nursing in a hospital setting
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Possess MSN—either clinical area or education.
* Three (3) years clinical experience in medical/surgical adult health.
* Current clinical teaching experience in undergraduate nursing education/practical nursing education.
* Evidence of experience in developing, assessing & revising curriculum.
* Evidence of experience in a professional leadership role.
* Experience in a role that required management of multiple responsibilities with timelines.
* Current experience with learning assessment.
* Evidence of experience working with students to support academic success.
* Evidence of continued education in the profession.
* Experience teaching in either a clinical area or education.

* Ongoing systematic development, implementation, and evaluation of the total program in relation to stated philosophy.
* Instruction and evaluation of students
* Provide input on program related policies regarding recruitment, admission, retention, promotion, and graduation of students.
