Vice President for Institutional Advancement

Haverford College is seeking a vice president for Institutional Advancement (“VPIA”).

Inspired by our mission and aligned with our values of trust, concern, and respect, this individual will be the College’s chief strategist and advisor to the president regarding donor cultivation and stewardship, including through the design and execution of the upcoming comprehensive campaign to support our strategic plan. The VPIA will partner with the Board of Managers to enhance its role in achieving College strategy. The VPIA will build upon the College's culture of philanthropy and engagement and, as a member of the president's Senior Staff, provide vision, insight, and collaboration on issues affecting the entire College. The VPIA will exhibit the highest standards of excellence and integrity and will advance Haverford’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism goals.
