Position Summary

The full-time Regional Director-Student Success will be responsible for coordinating WSSU GEAR UP program components in target GEAR UP K-12 schools and community colleges. The Regional Director will provide technical assistance and monitor progress to meet grant goals and objectives in participating school districts and community colleges. Consistent travel to the school districts and community colleges is required. Three Regional Directors positions are available. The three North Carolina service areas are Guilford, Rutherford, and Forsyth Counties.
