Texas A&M University’s Accountability, Climate, Equity, and Scholarship (ACES) Faculty Fellows Program is a faculty hiring program that connects faculty advancing outstanding scholarship with relevant disciplinary units on campus. There are two tracks within the program, ACES and ACES Plus. ACES Plus faculty are hired as mid or advanced career scholars at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. ACES Plus is administered by the Office of Faculty Affairs in partnership with the Office for Diversity and School of Performance, Visualization & Fine Arts.
The ACES Faculty Program promotes the research, teaching, and scholarship of scholars who embrace the belief that diversity is an indispensable component of academic excellence. From this experience at Texas A&M, ACES and ACES Plus faculty exemplify an understanding of the value of diversity and inclusion and the power that it holds for students, faculty, and staff to enrich their lives.

ABOUT THE ACES PLUS FACULTY PROGRAM
● This hiring program is for mid/advanced stage career scholars. Applicants' scholarship, teaching, mentorship, and service must be commensurate with the rank of an Associate or Full Professor.
● Package details and start-up resources are department specific. Benefits including medical, dental, and vision are available. The initial faculty appointment typically begins August 1 or August 16. Start dates are negotiable. As In subsequent years, the faculty academic appointment will be 9-months (September 1 – May 31).
● ACES Plus Faculty will receive reimbursement for one-time relocation fees, a research and travel allowance as specified in the position description, and a private office to be provided by their department.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a scholarly record and background commensurate with the rank of Associate or Full Professor. Applicants must have an earned doctorate or MFA in fields related to Performance, Visualization, and Fine Arts.
