The Research Project Manager will play an integral role at BCFG. The Research Project Manager will work with the BCFG team, partner organizations, and third party vendors on the development and evaluation of behavior change interventions across a wide variety of settings.

The Behavior Change for Good Initiative (BCFG), led by Professors Katherine Milkman and Angela Duckworth, unites a world-class, interdisciplinary team of academic experts with leading organizational partners to help advance the science and practice of behavior change. We identify what works at scale by conducting megastudies (massive random-assignment A/B tests), in which we simultaneously test our Scientific Team's best ideas for changing a target behavior. Our approach gives us the power to understand which strategies work best overall, what works best for whom, and how to most effectively use behavioral science to transform people's lives for the better. The Research Project Manager will play an integral role at BCFG. The Research Project Manager will work with the BCFG team, partner organizations, and third party vendors on the development and evaluation of behavior change interventions across a wide variety of settings. The Research Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of significant multi-site research projects and supervise full-time research staff and part-time research assistants. This position entails managing the development and execution of study designs, data collection and analysis, and relationships with organizational partners and third party vendors. The Research Project Manager is expected to bring sophisticated research and communication skills, subject matter expertise, ongoing curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to bear on the advancement of BCFG's strategic goals and research agenda.
Note: This position is grant funded.
Qualifications:
PhD or Masters degree preferred, and 3 - 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Project management experience is required.
Other required experience includes:
-advanced data analytics (including econometrics)
-experience with STATA, SPSS, and R
-exceptional interpersonal fluency
-strong presentation skills
-ability to interact professionally at the highest levels of organizations

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
