Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I in the School of Biological Sciences (Ref.:519864) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess an M.Phil. or a Ph.D. degree in Cell Biology, or a related discipline. Research experience in cell signaling, imaging, cell culture, lentiviral expression system, is preferred. Those with lower qualification and/or less experience may be considered for appointment as Research Assistant I.

The appointee will join the project which aims to develop and screen for health supplements which have commercial values. He/She is expected to stably express proteins in human cell lines using the lentiviral expression system and carry out screening.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
