- The coordinator will be expected to participate in professional
development opportunities outside of the University to enhance the
reputation of the co-op program and the University.
Employer Engagement and Partnership Development:

partnerships with employers in the fields of art, media, and design
in order to create co-op and other experiential learning
opportunities for students.

to new and existing employers, outreach to potential new co-op

professional organizations.
- The coordinator will also partner with relevant stakeholders
across the university to ensure effective development, management,
implementation, and growth of both domestic and international
employer partnerships.
- The coordinator will work with the CAMD Co-Op team in
developing and engaging in a strategic approach to employer
engagement and continuous improvement of the Co-Op program.
- The coordinator must be able to develop strategies to leverage
