About the Opportunity

Responsibilities:

The College of Professional Studies invites applicants for part-time lecturers in the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program for the following courses: Driving Organizational Success through Leadership Development and Leadership Coaching for Purpose and Performance. The successful candidate will teach primarily hybrid graduate courses (a combination of on ground and online) but may teach 100% online class on occasion. This position is located at the Northeastern University Boston Campus.

Qualifications:

Master's degree, three years of teaching experience, and professional experience as a leadership, executive, or business coach are required. A coaching credential from a recognized coach training organization or certification through the International Coaching Federation is preferred. The candidate must be comfortable using technology, like the Canvas learning management system and Zoom, to facilitate education.
