Part-time Faculty: Foreign Language (Spanish), #36719

SCC invites qualified candidates to apply for our part-time faculty position to teach Spanish I in the SUMMER semester and possibly other courses in future semesters. Part-time appointments made on a semester-by-semester (as needed) basis.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in Spanish, or a Master's in a related field and at least 18 hours of graduate level Spanish coursework is required; Ph.D. preferred. Prior teaching experience and/or liaison to local high schools preferred. Familiarity with teaching on ZOOM is preferred. Translation/interpretation experience is a plus, as is a master's degree in an additional language and/or education.
