Miami Dade College, Hialeah Campus is now accepting applications for the Adjunct Faculty, Engineering position.  The Adjunct Faculty member teaches courses in the discipline of Engineering/Technology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides classroom instruction
  • Revisies and develops new curriculum
  • Develops and implements assessment activities to measure student learning outcomes
  • Develops and teaches online courses
  • Recruits, advises and evaluates students
  • Teaches Dual Enrollment classes
  • Prepares and writes grants for the Department of Engineering
  • Participates in departmental, campus and college committees
  • Teaches engineering and engineering technology courses college wide

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree with a total of 18 graduate semester hours in Engineering
